What if it doesn't connect with scanner at all
you have a fuse in a bad position or in the correct incorrect slot or do you have a blown fuse or a blown mega fuse cause usually when the when the computer doesn’t read it will give you a code for bad ECM or ECM not not compatible or ECM auto spec
I have a2004 international dt466 having the same issue I have to shoot a little bit of starting fluid to get it started any idea on what it could be ?

So what should the psi of the icp sensor be at during idle? Mine sits at 575.
That’s in the acceptable range but you should be really above 600 and above
What is wrong with your truck
I got injection control pressure above desired level. Truck runs fine after you reset codes. Once engine warms up this code appears and it feels like it is missing.

My 2016 international prostar blows only hot from defroster.Continues to blow even when truck power is off I have to unplug switch to turn off. I have no control on any a/c controls.Any ideas what it could be?

Ok so either tourbout or Freon , bad compressor, bad thermistors, bad switch , or no voltage to the harness THISE are just a few things that could possibly be bad

You said there was screen and spring in valve obviously screen went somewhere and wasn't sure if spring was still in old one or not just asking putting one in tomorrow
@kylekeeling2468 ok so the spring is inside you can’t see it and the screen should be at the tip of bit if you have 2004 and down it will not have a screen of you have a 05 and up it will have it

Hey buddy I got a 2006 international. I have no signal lights or hazards. Is there a signal relay somewhere on this truck. I can’t find any fuses or relays.
Under the hood there’s some relays for lights but first see if you have voltage at the back getting f Ground from chasis and the battery Olathe from the light harness

No it should pushing out not sucking if it’s suckling you do have a vac issue I’m the stsyten

@TheDesmondscott15 Ok so if you add a hose from a 5 gallon buck let directly to the fuel filter housing and that takes away the issue then yes if no then no 😁

@victorjimenez6484 No están flojos a derritiendo o los connector de los fusibles quemados el problema es que tu computadora de injectores no esta funciona por no recibe voltage correcto
La IDM para esa computadora tengo que programar en caso que esté dañada si se compra ? 🥴

Thanks for posting this. Maybe a dumb question.. But, I have oil around what looks like a allen headed drain plug on the bottom of the cooler. Is this actually a drain plug? If so, would oil, or coolant come out of it?
The oil cooler it self I could be wrong but I do believe that it does not have not there is a drain plug in the plate that attaches to the block that might have a drain plug but if it’s leaking you might want to replace and if your there already and your oil cooler is blue or green is original I would highly suggest replacing it since you there already.

My 02 runs then glitches for a split second like it wants to shut of and coolant level light comes on for a split second then truck drives fine. Does this all day but hasn't shut off yet. What do you think
🧐 we have to pull engine codes on it if the coolant level is fine then possibly a coolant level sensor but we would pull engine codes on it first

I have a 2004 international dt466 and I jacked up the front passenger tire and it has up and down play from the wheel bearing does it just need adjusted or does the bearing need replaced
Have some one step on the brake and see if still has the play you possibly have a bad king pin

I am a big fan of your videos. I like how you keep it simple and how you explain everything and point things out. However, in this video I could not see your camera moved so fast and on such weird ingles, and I could not even tell what I was looking at! I did not help me at all, because my problem is not knowing how to tilt that dog house and pull it out of the way. I removed the automatic gear shifter but needed to know the trick to lifting the box and pulling it out. I have an 07 4300. Thanks for the good work that you usually do though. I do appreciate it.

Having similar problems with my 05 dt466e standard something with injector n egr cold start I been having hard time start n smelt like coolant n white smoke there pressure when running coming from coolant the head was changed recently n a in frame rebuild was done allegedly from last owner now having trouble js getting the carrier to fire up at a point I’m ready to change motor found one out of a 2002 international but the fuel bowl were filter goes looks different between the two years any way you could help me figure out if this 2002 motor will work
Ok son2002 is pre egr meaning it had now egr and 05 is egr engine you cannot do a swap on that you would have to do a lot of modifications and it’s kind of risky bro I don’t recommend it
@@AtlanticTransportation alright thanks appreciate that big time was js about to buy the motor was hoping to make something work might js try pull life out of mine I have a pretty bad injector knock n I think oil cooler or egr cooler is bad getting pressure in coolant n cold start it puffed a white cloud smelt like coolant honestly but now truck don’t want to kick over for me at all js don’t know what to do kinda feeling like a motor swap would be easiest fix instead of chasing problems

Have a 2007 dt466, these are such a wiring nightmare, im currently stuck with code 113 crank and no start and have cleaned most the grounds running from batt to starter and ecm, its such a pain in the ass to diagnose, when they tuck the ecm just enough to where its a bitch just to try and backprobe the connectors to troubleshoot. Another stupid thing is they run the conectors for the injectors on the valve cover gasket and when it leaked it trickled all into the wiring harnesses, now getting even more problems. Fuck i hate these trucks

Those will split 18gauge wires ask me how I know, harbour frieght has a multimeter for 7$ and tiny safety pins, these big tpins are a nono also they lead to premature failure and corrosion of the wire because you can't close the hole..
I see what I do is shave down the edge and stick in the back of the pigtail is that what we’re talking about or is it a different way of pinning it.
Poke wires and reseal them.
You would think that that’s what they were doing to do but nope they dont

@@AtlanticTransportation Engine oil level going up due to fuel getting in oil due to fuel injector leak, how can test it, as misfire when cold only.
Normally, you can takeoff the valve cover and disconnect, each injector manually and whatever you disconnect in the engine doesn’t tension sound and that’s the bad injector but however, that does not prove that if one of the injector does make a change, it doesn’t mean that it’s not sticking normally, when I have sticking injectors, I replace all six
@@AtlanticTransportation Thnks you for reply Solo Jala rough mis firing en frio 2 dias parado, pero disconectin each injector manually doesn't seem the difference, once warm, the rough gone and no misfiring, I know is sticking injector over fueling and leaking when sit, but don't know how test it or know the bad one.
At this point brother if it’s one or 3 I highly recommend changing all 6 because the new ones will push the old one possibly they will begin leaking also. If you do replace the injectors make sure to do a oil filter and oil change on the unit.
